        Terms

• MyDishes4u.com means penghantran service programs and meal preparation that is owned and managed by the MyDishes4u sdn. bhd.
• Floor bowl means food containers made of steel that is used to fill the dish. It is now replaced by a more effective EzyPack food.
• Delivery means a meal delivery service provided by MyDishes4u.com in the specified period.
• Business Partner means a person who prepares and provides meals for MyDishes4u.com.
• Customer means the person who paid for meals from
   
  Requirement 
   
  •  Subscription only form of weekly and monthly bookings from Monday to Friday only. 
  • No service on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
  • MyDishes4u.com entitled to charge the cost of delivery to the customer in accordance with the current situation.
  • Dish menu set by the MyDishes4u.com subject to change from time to time.
  • MyDishes4u.com right to change the final moment of delicious menu without giving notice to the customer.
  • Delivery usually meals are as follows (subject to change if necessary)?
                Delivery Catering Lunch - from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm?
                Catering Delivery Dinner - from 5.00 to 8.00 pm
  •  No cancellation allowed for bookings made. But the change of date for the delivery of meals (delay) can be done if done according to the procedure given.
  • Customers are allowed to delay meal booked to the following month, provided that the delay must be made 24 hours prior to delivery, call 1500 18 9494. If they fail to do so, the shipment will be calculated.
  •  If there is any problem from us, your money will be refunded (refund) after deducting the payment of 4 per cent by the operator (Webcash), and will be paid at the end of the following month. Customers are asked to verify with the company first before money is returned.
